Premium PCB Board: The PCB board is of utmost importance in our chargers. We collaborate with a PCB board factory that once supplied products for VIVO mobile phones. Each board undergoes a rigorous four-inspection process before reaching our company, guaranteeing its high quality.

Step-by-Step Production:

• SMT Placement: In the first step, we utilize Surface Mount Technology (SMT) to precisely fix the components on the PCB board.

• Wiring: Then, we weld the output wires according to customers' specific requirements. We offer a variety of wire options such as DC5.5*2.5, GX16, XLR wires.

• Testing: Multiple testing stages are involved. We test the output to confirm its normal functioning. After that, we apply glue for fixation and conduct ultrasonic assembly of the shell. Subsequently, we perform comprehensive tests on the current, voltage, power, and protection functions of the finished product.

• Labeling and Packaging: We attach customizable labels to the outer shell. Finally, we equip the charger with an AC wire, pack it into a kraft paper box, and then into a carton.

Final Inspection: Before the chargers enter the market, a random sampling inspection of the finished products is carried out. This includes rechecking various parameters as well as the appearance. Only the qualified products are allowed to be sold to consumers.
